About Me
I'm Peter Kearney, founder of Inflection Advisory. I've spent more than 35 years in IT leadership, including 10 years as a Partner at Deloitte Ireland, leading major SAP and ERP programmes in Ireland and across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.
I've worked on every side of the table: partner accountable for delivery, QA partner assuring other teams' programmes, and interim Head of SAP inside a client. That lets me test a business case, challenge a plan and give leadership a straight read on delivery risk.
I've worked in a number of sectors including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, technology, retail, financial services, health and government.
